RULES

ELIMINATION ROUND:

  • A paper can be authored by minimum 2 or maximum 3.
  • The participants have to prepare their papers in the standard IEEE format, preferably not exceeding 12 A4 pages- IEEE FORMAT =Font: Times New Roman , text size : 12, titles size : 14,1.5' Margin on all four sides,1.5 line spacing. You can submit it in word or PDF format with their names contact numbers and e-mail I.D’s along with college name on the first page of their paper.
  • Participants for PAPYRUS  have to send a complete soft copy of their paper to the email id papyrus2k11@gmail.com mentioned on or before 16th  dec 2011 23:59 HRS IST with their TOPIC as the subject of the mail
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.

FINAL PRESENTATION:

  • Shortlisted candidates will be informed through mail and mobile and the list will be put on the website
  • The stipulated time limit for the presentation is 10min (8 for presentation+2 for queries).

FEE STRUCTURE:

  • The finalists have to register for the event on the day of the inaugural by paying a registration fee of Rs.200/- per participant with two hard copies and soft copy of paper.
  • MORE OVER FOR PARTICIPATION OF MORE THAN ONE EVENT ALONG WITH THIS EVENT NEED TO  PAY 75/- PER HEAD IN EXTRA
